Larson Hyundai is looking for a motivated and dedicated Service Lot Attendant to join our team. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to start your career in the automotive industry while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers with a professional, friendly attitude.
- Vehicle Management: Transfer customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop or holding area.
- Vehicle Cleaning: Wash, vacuum, and wipe down vehicles to keep them clean and presentable.
- Customer Transport: Provide transportation for customers to and from their homes, as needed.
- Lot Organization: Ensure smooth vehicle flow on the service lot.
- Additional Tasks: Assist with other duties to ensure the service department runs efficiently.

Time Off & Holidays
Paid Time Off (PTO):

0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked
3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked
10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked
Paid Holidays: Hourly employees receive six paid holidays per year.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree; or one-to-three-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Clear and Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission.
- Ability to work with little to no direction.
- Effective communication skills
- Clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screen.
