Location: Villagebrook Apartments; Carol Stream, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus weekends/holidays as needed
Hourly Rate - $18.00 - $20.00, based on experience

Reports To: Community Manager and/or General Manager
As part of a regional management team, this position will require rotation across other properties in the area portfolio.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or property management experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of people and teams.
- Valid driver’s license, current insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Tax Credit Certification required within 120 days of hire (training provided).
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally lift materials up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to walk properties, climb stairs, and inspect roofs/attics as needed.

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Administrative Assistant (AA) to support the daily operations of up to four properties in the region. This position plays a vital role in resident engagement, office organization, and property support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist prospective applicants with information and the application process.
- Prepare and distribute delinquency notices.
- Support the recertification process and lease administration.
- Maintain organized and complete office files and reports.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally.
- Track and follow up on resident service requests.
- Conduct monthly phone shops of competitive properties.
- Assist with unit inspections and ensure vacant units are ready for leasing.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient office environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
