This Co-op offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience across critical business functions, giving you the groundwork of our operations, strategy, and go-to-market efforts.

You'll contribute to real projects that directly influence our business outcomes. You'll work closely with experienced professionals across multiple departments and gain a broad understanding of how different business functions interconnect in a technology company.

This co-op will give you foundational knowledge in:

  • Sales Operations (Approx. 2 Months): You'll support the backbone of our sales engine, helping our sales teams with data, process optimization, and CRM management.
  • Operational Excellence (Approx. 2 Months): You'll dive into how we optimize our manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes to efficiently deliver high-quality industrial computers.
  • Product Management (Approx. 2 Months): You'll explore the lifecycle of our innovative hardware solutions, from market research and concept development to launch and iteration.

This program is perfect for students seeking a holistic business perspective, blending analytical rigor with practical application in a fast-paced environment. The role is based onsite in South Burlington, Vermont.

What You'll Learn & Do:

Module 1: Sales Operations

  • You'll assist with CRM (HubSpot) data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation to track sales performance and identify trends.
  • You'll contribute to sales forecasting activities and pipeline management.
  • You'll assist in developing and refining sales enablement materials and tools.
  • You'll learn about sales funnel metrics and their impact on business growth.

Module 2: Operational Excellence

  • You'll participate in projects aimed at improving efficiency across the business.
  • You'll analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
  • You'll support continuous improvement initiatives.

Module 3: Product Management

  • You'll conduct market research and competitive analysis for new product concepts or existing product enhancements.
  • You'll assist in gathering and documenting product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • You'll support product roadmap development and prioritization discussions.
  • You'll learn about the product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life.
  • You'll contribute to cross-functional efforts involving engineering, marketing, and sales for product launches.

Requirements

  • A junior or senior enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or a recent college graduate
  • Ability to organize and self fund local housing during the duration of the co-op
  • Available to work up to 40 hours per week during the semester
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check
