JOB DESCRIPTION
Redline Production Supervisor directs and oversees the packaging/kitting and warehouse operations. Provides direction to associates to complete production goals in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to company policies. Ensures that all associates comply with company safety standards.
Duties and Tasks:
Safety Compliance
Enforces safety procedures and PPE use. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by proactively addressing safety issues. Leads a safety committee and conducts safety training.
Quality Control
Ensure products meet quality standards by implementing training, inspections, and issuing corrective actions.
Production Scheduling
Plans and organizes production schedule to meet order due dates to maximize On Time Delivery.
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and guide a team of production and warehouse associates. Provide training and performance feedback.
Workflow Optimization
Monitor production processes for efficiency, recommend and implement improvements.
Resource Management
Ensure efficient use of personnel, materials, and other resources.
Inventory Management
Oversee a daily cycle count program and year end inventory. Directs the receiving, storing, and shipping of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to motivate and effectively guide a team to accomplish department and company goals.

Ability to identify potential safety issues and concerns.

Effectively communicate with team members, peer groups, and management.
Problem Solving
Identify, communicate, and resolve production or warehouse issues.

Ability to plan, schedule, and effectivity manage resources.

Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects and tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience and Education:
Associate’s degree or higher.
4+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse or production setting.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
