We are searching for an experienced Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift at our Redline-Springfield-MO facility.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Redline Production Supervisor directs and oversees the packaging/kitting and warehouse operations. Provides direction to associates to complete production goals in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to company policies. Ensures that all associates comply with company safety standards.
Duties and Tasks:
  • Safety Compliance
    • Enforces safety procedures and PPE use. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by proactively addressing safety issues. Leads a safety committee and conducts safety training.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure products meet quality standards by implementing training, inspections, and issuing corrective actions.
  • Production Scheduling
    • Plans and organizes production schedule to meet order due dates to maximize On Time Delivery.
  • Team Management
    • Lead, motivate, and guide a team of production and warehouse associates. Provide training and performance feedback.
  • Workflow Optimization
    • Monitor production processes for efficiency, recommend and implement improvements.
  • Resource Management
    • Ensure efficient use of personnel, materials, and other resources.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee a daily cycle count program and year end inventory. Directs the receiving, storing, and shipping of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience and Education:

  • Associate’s degree or higher.
  • 4+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse or production setting.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
