We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tax Manager to act as a tax business partner for Linxon, a joint venture operating in a multinational environment. This includes subsidiaries in the US, Canada, UK, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Iraq, Jordan, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, India, Thailand, and the Philippines. Based in India, the successful candidate will support Linxon’s global operations while being functionally integrated into the AtkinsRéalis Tax Team, gaining access to a wide network of tax professionals and technical resources.

This role is ideal for a tax professional with approximately 5 years of experience in corporate taxation, looking to grow in a dynamic, cross-border setting.

What will you do?

1.      Tax Advisory & Support

  • Provide day-to-day tax support to Linxon’s finance and business teams.
  • Assist in identifying tax risks and opportunities across jurisdictions.
  • Support the implementation of tax-efficient structures and compliance processes.

 

2.      Compliance & Reporting

  • Coordinate with external advisors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including direct and indirect taxes, transfer pricing and withholding taxes.
  • Develop and maintain a global tax compliance calendar.
  • Assist in preparing tax provisions and disclosures for financial reporting.
  • Monitor tax law changes in relevant jurisdictions (including Global Minimum tax - Pillar 2) and assess their impact.

 

3.      Transfer Pricing & Documentation

  • Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international transfer pricing regulations.

 

4.      Audit & Risk Management

  • Assist in managing tax audits and responding to queries from tax authorities.
  • Assist in identification and mitigation of tax risks through internal controls and process improvements.
  • Maintain proper documentation to support tax positions and filings.

 

5.      Collaboration & Integration

  • Act as a liaison between Linxon and the AtkinsRéalis Tax Team.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.

Experience, Education and other Required:

  • Bachelor of commerce with major in taxation, finance, accounting or a related field. Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Corporate taxation, preferably in a multinational or advisory environment.
  • Knowledge of UK or Swiss tax regimes is a strong asset.
  • Experience with transfer pricing and international tax matters is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to give direct and candid feedback in an appropriate fashion at various levels of the organization.
  • Strongly emphasized ability to clearly articulate complex business issues in a simple and concise manner, including recommended solutions with corresponding business opportunities and risks.
  • Preference towards candidates who have worked in an international business setting and have experience and passion for working in diverse teams
