We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our hiring team. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, with a focus on hiring editorial and translation professionals in the academic and research domain. You will work closely with our recruitment specialists to support end-to-end hiring activities and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Job responsibilities:- Screen applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates for editorial and translation roles.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and other innovative channels.
- Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling, follow-ups, and communication to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and hiring data.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the talent acquisition team.
Education: Any Bachelors OR Masters degree.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
