Job Overview
Primary Care Health Partners in Williston is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires a strong understanding of human capital management, employee relations, and strategic planning to support our organization's goals!
Responsibilities
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other employment and labor laws.
- Support change management initiatives by providing guidance on organizational design and workforce management.
- Maintain HRIS systems for accurate data entry, reporting, and analytics related to human resources functions.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, managing conflict resolution, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Mange short-term and long-term disability.
- Event planning and employee appreciation activities for staff.
- Auditing files and systems to ensure they are correct
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of human resources management principles including talent management, project management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Administrative experience in an HR setting is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and/or 1+ years HR experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills
- Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and HR best practices (FMLA, ADA, ACA, etc.)
- Experience supporting or administering employee benefits programs
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail
