About the Opportunity:
- Supervise student use of restrooms to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.
- Monitor traffic in and out of restrooms to prevent overcrowding or misuse.
- Enforce school rules and expectations regarding restroom conduct.
- Report any incidents, concerns, or rule violations to administration promptly.
- Ensure restrooms remain clean, safe, and accessible during assigned shifts.
- Notify custodial staff of any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Provide assistance to students when needed in a respectful and professional manner.
- Maintain visibility and approachability while on duty.
- Support a positive, safe, and respectful school environment.
About You:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred.
- Ability to remain alert, observant, and proactive in maintaining a safe environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with students and staff.
- Ability to enforce school policies fairly and consistently.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Demonstrates patience, respect, and professionalism when addressing student needs or behavior.
- Physical ability to stand and monitor assigned areas for extended periods.
- Commitment to supporting a safe and positive school culture.
