As the MotorClothes Floor Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our MotorClothes team, making sure every guest, from local riders to tourists from around the globe, experiences the excitement, energy, and legendary Harley-Davidson lifestyle the moment they walk through our doors. This role is all about leadership on the floor: motivating your team, keeping operations smooth, and ensuring our MotorClothes department always shines.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train, and inspire our MotorClothes sales team to deliver top-tier service and rock-star results.
• Keep our displays sharp, fresh, and engaging. Creating a shopping environment as unforgettable as the Strip itself.
• Jump in to support special events like H.O.G.® rides, open houses, and fashion shows helping to bring the Harley-Davidson community to life.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized floor that reflects pride in the brand and in our team.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience every time. Making visitors feel welcome, valued, and part of the Harley-Davidson family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations, including staff support, register reconciliations, and sales processes.
• Coach team members on merchandising standards, customer interactions, and department goals.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, tagged, and displayed with accuracy and creativity.
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, positivity, and teamwork across all departments.
• Step in to assist guests directly; answering questions, guiding purchases, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or supervisory roles (motorcycle industry a plus, but not required).
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Tech savvy enough to handle point-of-sale and basic reporting systems.
• Organized, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and special events.

Physical & Work Environment:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals, exhaust fumes, and other materials commonly found in a dealership environment.
