Overall Purpose of the Job

This role supports the implementation and administration of the company's compensation and stock programs. Ideal for professionals who have some relevant experience but who is also looking to further their career and gain hands-on exposure to salary benchmarking, compensation cycle support, and equity administration.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and analysis on compensation-related matters.
  • Support the administration of the annual rewards cycles, including short- and long-term incentives and merit planning.
  • Conduct market pricing for jobs by participating in salary surveys and analyzing market data to inform pay decisions.
  • Assist with job evaluation processes, including reviewing job descriptions and maintaining job architecture documentation.
  • Participate in annual compensation surveys to collect and analyze market data to determine company's competitive position.
  • Support equity plan administration, including preparing data for stock grants, vestings, and maintaining equity system records.
  • Assist with the administration of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) by monitoring enrollments, coordinating with stock plan providers, validating purchase transactions and maintaining related data.
  • Respond to employee and HR inquiries related to compensation and equity, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Degree or related professional qualification
  • Previous working experience within HR, preferably related to Compensation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with discretion
  • Demonstrates solid verbal, written, interpersonal, analytical, and application skills
