What We Do
 
Overview

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions for Managed Services, Print, and internal operations. The Senior Director of Administrative Operations will drive operational excellence, ensure cross-functional alignment, and implement scalable processes that support business growth and client satisfaction. This role is pivotal in ensuring that administrative functions are not only efficient and accurate but also aligned with Impact’s strategic goals and client experience standards. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee teams managing sales orders, lease documentation, ERP entry, billing accuracy, funding coordination, and national account administration
  • Ensure timely credit approvals, rate concessions, buyout quotes, and compliance with pricing and legal standards in collaboration with leasing partners
  • Oversee procurement operations including vendor negotiations, sourcing strategy, and contract management while driving cost-effective purchasing and compliance
  • Manage post-sale client engagement, including contract setup, billing inquiries, escalations, and service adjustments to maintain satisfaction and strong client relationships
  • Direct and coordinate Shipout/Shipin orders, dealer relationships, agreement setup, installation logistics, and billing reconciliation to support multi-location service standards
  • Provide oversight of Accounts Payable/Receivable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with financial controls
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, IT, Legal, and Service Delivery to streamline administrative processes and support enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Act as a liaison for executive leadership on administrative matters, contributing to strategic projects and business priorities
  • Foster a high-performance team culture through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning

Things We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in administrative operations
  • Strong understanding of contracts, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, and customer relations administrative functions
  • Experience in managed services or leasing environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and drive process improvement
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement platforms, and CRM tools
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels
