Executive Chef for Luxury Senior Living
What You Will Do
  • Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver high-quality, scratch-made meals.
  • Develop and execute upscale menus tailored to resident preferences and seasonal ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the Food Service Director and client leadership to align culinary offerings with community standards.
  • Oversee food production, inventory management, and purchasing to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage labor and food costs, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to meet budgetary goals.
  • Engage with residents and families to gather feedback and enhance the dining experience.
  • Support catering and special events with creative menu planning and flawless execution.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
  • 5+ years of culinary leadership experience; senior living or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Proven success in managing kitchen operations, budgets, and staff development.
  • Culinary Arts degree preferred.
  • ServSafe® Certification required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and kitchen management software.
  • Ability to pass background, drug test, and TB test.
Physical and Sensory Requirements
Requires mobility to stand and walk extensively during meal preparation and service. Lifting, carrying trays, and boxes, up to 25 pounds. Pushing/Pulling Food Hot Boxes up to 50 pounds. Bending and stooping for access to carts, food, trays, and other kitchen equipment. Manual dexterity for the use of kitchen utensils and tools. Visual acuity for reading menus, labels, and directions. Hearing ability to respond to verbal communications. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures. Taste and Smell to assess food quality, freshness, and adherence to dietary requirements. Ability to distinguish colors for food presentation.

Salary- 95,000-$105,000 plus potential 5% bonus
