About you:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in hardware engineering, preferably in the defence or aerospace industry
- Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams and delivering complex, high-quality hardware projects
- Proficient in the use of engineering design and analysis tools, such as CAD software and simulation platforms
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive under pressure
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations and compliance requirements

Special Requirements:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the hardware engineering team in the design, development and integration of complex electrical and electronic systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware solutions meet performance, reliability and safety requirements
- Oversee the verification and validation of hardware designs through testing and analysis
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Contribute to the development of engineering policies, processes and standards to drive excellence and efficiency
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective hardware solutions
