Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager/Manager - Key Accounts

 

Your main responsibilities

Sales & Estimation – Infrastructure Projects 

Primary responsibility to building CRM with Government customer, influencing favorable specification, study tender documents and bid preparation. Coordinate with various departments for their inputs to meet tender requirements. Ensure to submit tender on time with due diligence of compliances. The role demands high level of Tendering knowledge as well as proactive approach. 

The operational responsibilities include the following. 

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the infrastructure sector 

• Actively seek out and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Track & Report sales activities and project details in CRM tool

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue targets

• Preparing the end-to-end bid process, including opportunity identification, qualification and proposal submission.

• Preparing the bid by ensuring on-time and high-quality proposal submissions.

• Ensuring compliance with client requirements, regulations and industry standards.

• Managing post-bid reviews to identify areas for improvement.

• Consolidation of queries/deviations/costing inputs from various departments

• Coordination with factories (India & Global) for costing & compliances.

• Explore value engineering options.

• Arrive at the best price for tenders through negotiation with other departments.

• Detailed cost comparison analysis

• Maintain the costing database for ready reference based on tenders / orders.

• Ensure timely submission of tenders 

 

What you bring

Education Qualification

• Graduation (preferably B.E./B.Tech. – Electricals/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil)

• Post-graduation – will be an added advantage.
