Provides status reports to pharmacy management effectively communicating issues, concerns, and suggestions. Monitors pharmacy information systems and communicates with IR regarding problems, resolutions, and improvements. Processes formulary additions to pharmacy information systems, and new additions to CDM. Participates in assessment and selection of cost-effective pharmaceuticals. Contributes ideas and identifies opportunities for process improvements to better deliver prompt and safe patient care.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EInterviews, selects, and hires qualified candidates.
