Description
PCCC Surgery Center specializing in interventional pain management procedures. Our mission is to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team.
The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of nursing care within the ASC. The DON ensures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, oversees clinical operations, and works closely with physicians and administrative leadership to ensure optimal patient outcomes and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight of daily nursing and surgical operations.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting body standards (e.g., CMS, AAAHC).
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with the medical director, anesthesia providers, and administrative leadership.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate nursing and clinical staff.
- Monitor and manage clinical supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and infection control.
- Prepare for and participate in surveys and audits.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements
- Current RN license in [State] required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN or related leadership training preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience in an ASC, OR, or pain management setting.
- At least 2 years of nursing leadership or management experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong understanding of ASC regulations and standards of care.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
