We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join PALFINGER and own the full recruiting life cycle, from sourcing to offer stage. If you bring staffing agency experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love getting creative with sourcing strategies, this role is for you. As part of PALFINGER’s Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with HR to attract and engage top talent, ensuring a smooth hiring process and fueling our company’s success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from intake meetings and sourcing to interviewing, feedback coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Source top talent through creative channels, including social media, networking, events, referrals, and niche platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and identify the ideal candidate profile.
  • Maintain candidate data and track progress using ATS and CRM tools while building a strong pipeline of active and passive talent.
  • Partner within your HR team and act as a PALFINGER brand ambassador to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and promote our employer brand.

Your Qaulifications

  • Associate degree or higher, or equivalent relevant experience, with 3–5 years in a staffing or recruiting agency; corporate recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and engaging candidates, including hard-to-fill or niche roles, using creative and alternative strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.) and solid knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
