As a Customer Support Assistant, you will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software is an advantage.
