Description
We’re looking for a Client-Focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, ensure their satisfaction and retention, and uncover opportunities to grow accounts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, connecting business goals with technology solutions while advocating for your clients internally.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (non-support).
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present service performance.
- Collaborate with technical leaders on IT roadmaps and budget planning.
- Identify and manage upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Track contracts, renewals, and licensing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years in account management, client success, or similar role.
- Experience in IT services, MSP, SaaS, or telecom preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- CRM and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Able to provide proof of US Person Status
- Willing to submit to a drug screen
- Willing to submit to a background check
