As we expand our partner-first strategy, this role will be instrumental in shaping how we go to market with our most strategic alliances and unlocking new revenue streams through partner-led innovation.

As Senior Marketing Director, Global Partner Ecosystem, you will be a strategic business leader driving Pega's partner marketing strategy across our entire ecosystem. This senior leadership role is critical to achieving Pega's core ACV growth objectives by orchestrating comprehensive partner marketing strategies that unlock new workflows, expand market penetration, and accelerate client value realization. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader who transforms how we engage, enable, and scale our marketing with partners to drive mutual success and deliver exceptional business outcomes for Pega, Partners and shared clients. This role requires a strategic leader who can operate at the intersection of business strategy, partner ecosystem development, and marketing, with direct accountability for partner marketing globally across our entire expanded global partner ecosystem.
What You'll Do at Pega:
- Lead the development and execution of Pega’s global partner marketing strategy to drive ACV growth, prospect acquisition, and TAM realization
- Own the partner marketing model required for the Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with AWS and key GSIs
- Champion the Partner-branded Blueprint program, enabling co-branded, partner-specific solutions that leverage partner IP for joint market opportunities
- Develop and execute partner-led and co-led marketing initiatives to penetrate new logos and expand existing client relationships
- Build strategic relationships with CMOs and marketing teams across strategic partners, GSIs and specialized partners
- Drive partner marketing differentiation strategies that enable our partners to succeed with their own clients
- Establish regional partner marketing programs across Americas, Europe, and APJ to support inbound partner-led deal flow
- Create the model, build and invest in a comprehensive partner marketing team at the scale needed to support Pega’s objectives
- Be the executive voice of partner marketing in senior leadership forums, representing partner ecosystem strategy in organizational planning and resource allocation decisions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, GTM, Corporate Marketing, and Partner Management
- Define enterprise-level KPIs linking partner marketing initiatives to pipeline, ACV growth, and client engagement
- Align with the partner team to maximize Marketing Development Funds (MDF) through strategic marketing initiatives
- Deliver executive-level reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership
Who You Are:
- A visionary marketing leader with 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in partner or channel marketing.
- Proven success in developing and executing global partner marketing strategies in the technology sector.
- Experience working within or alongside hyperscalers and GSIs.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level influence.
- Highly collaborative with a track record of cross-functional impact.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in enterprise software, cloud services, or AI/automation.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and digital transformation.
- Global partner marketing experience across diverse regions.
- Understanding of partner GTM models and enablement programs.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and digital technologies.
