Purpose
The Data Feed Manager leads initiatives focused on the delivery of data feeds to external partner organizations. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams—including analytics, software engineering, data product owners, and business stakeholders—to ensure timely, accurate, and contract-compliant data delivery. This role will directly impact our reputation and relationships with external partners, serving as a key contributor to our organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the central point of coordination for projects involving external data delivery, ensuring alignment across analytics, engineering, product, and business teams.
- Manages the planning and execution of data feed implementations, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and partner expectations.
- Establishes clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability for all project participants involved in external data delivery.
- Identifies and engages decision makers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including external partner contacts.
- Develops and maintains detailed plans, including task breakdowns, owners, and target dates, with a focus on data delivery milestones.
- Schedules and leads regular meetings to review deliverables, timelines, and expectations with internal teams and external partners.
- Proactively identifies risks, challenges, and interdependencies related to data delivery; facilitates mitigation strategies and solutions.
- Ensures strong communication channels are maintained to support transparency and responsiveness with external stakeholders.
- Monitors and report son performance against service-level agreements (SLAs), contractual terms, and quality standards.
- Champions the organization’s image by ensuring high-quality, reliable data delivery and professional partner engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, technology, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of project management or related experience.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving external data delivery, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or technology environments.
- Strong understanding of data operations, governance, and compliance in external-facing contexts.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and accountability without direct ownership of feature functionality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with analytics and software engineering teams on data integration or data feed projects.
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations, healthcare data products, or external data partnerships.
- PMP certification.
Work Environment
This position works in a professional home or office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Visual acuity is necessary for tasks such as reading and working with various forms of data on a screen for extended periods of time.
