Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Feed Support Manager to oversee the integrity, reliability, and accuracy of data feeds delivered to external partner organizations. This role is critical in ensuring that data issues are identified and resolved swiftly, contractual expectations are met, and the organization’s reputation for excellence is upheld.  The Data Feed Support Manager leads efforts in troubleshooting data discrepancies, managing corrections, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain seamless data delivery operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors and supports the delivery of data feeds to external partners, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Investigates and resolves data issues, including discrepancies, formatting errors, and transmission failures.
  • Coordinates corrections and updates to data feeds in collaboration with analytics, engineering, and product teams.
  • Maintains documentation of data issues, resolutions, and communication with partners to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensures all data delivery activities comply with contractual obligations, privacy regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Serves as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to address data-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Develops and implements quality assurance processes to proactively identify and prevent data feed issues.
  • Tracks performance against SLAs and escalates risks or recurring issues to leadership.
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data delivery reliability and partner satisfaction.
  • Represents the organization professionally in all external communications, reinforcing trust and credibility.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or a relevant field; will consider a combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data operations, support, or delivery roles, preferably involving external data feeds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and privacy standards.
  • Experience with data integration tools, monitoring systems, and ticketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated data environments.
  • Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, and data validation techniques.

Work Environment

This position works in a professional home or office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, see, talk, or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Visual acuity is necessary for tasks such as reading and working with various forms of data on a screen for extended periods of time.
