Role
SUMMARY
The Warehouse Technician II performs a broader range of shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks. This position requires more experience and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pull parts for work orders, sales orders, and prepare shipments, ensuring accurate system transactions.
- Receive and stock parts, materials, and goods from various sources, ensuring all items are logged correctly into the system.
- Assist in preparing Bills of Lading for freight shipments and ensure proper packaging.
- Support in managing the flow of materials and inventory within the warehouse.
- Participate in loading and unloading shipments.
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor with scheduling and work assignments.
- Ensure safety standards are followed in all warehouse activities.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position must train and mentor Warehouse Technician I employees.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Compensation: $19.28-$23.7 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications
EDUCATION/TRAINING
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Shipping/receiving experience required.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required.
- Experience with MRP systems preferred.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to calculate and work with figures related to shipments, inventory, and documentation.
