Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Information System Security Officer/Engineer (ISSO/ISSE) to apply cybersecurity skills to design, build, and protect an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platform, to include infrastructure, applications, data, and people against cyber threats. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the ISSM and other ISSOs/ISSEs to assess and accredit a cloud-hosted platform, using RMF 800-53 rev 4/5 and the JSIG to obtain and comply with ATO at multiple classification levels
- Continually review and assess risk to ensure the platform maintains a secure posture with respect to policy, procedures, and client standards
- Perform routine cybersecurity assessments, log monitoring, and vulnerability scans as needed
- Prepare and present CCB packages and other cybersecurity decisions for ISSM, SCA, and AO approval
- Employ, maintain, and troubleshoot cybersecurity tools such as Splunk, Trellix, Nessus, etc.
- Conduct STIG checks and SCAP scans of the environment, applying remediations as necessary
- Develop, implement, and routinely update the cybersecurity BOE, SCTM, and POA&M in eMASS
- Collaborate with engineering and networking teams on the cloud platform’s architecture
What You’ll Need:
- 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
- 3 years of experience implementing NIST 800-53, Rev 4 and/or the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- 3 years of experience using information security and assurance practices and principles
- Experience with cybersecurity tools such as: Splunk, Trellix, Nessus, etc.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Sec+, CISSP, CASP, etc.)
Bonus Points if you have:
- Security related certification (Cloud, SIEM, forensics, Linux, Windows, etc)
- Experience working in a DevSecOps project environment
- Experience with MS Active Directory, Splunk, ACAS/Nessus, McAfee, Windows, Linux, AWS Security, etc.
- Ability to engage with users in a professional manner and present technical concepts plainly to semi-technical customers
- Ability to interface with seasoned Government personnel
- Ability to work in a matrixed team environment and support multiple different efforts as needed
- JSIG or ICD 503 compliance
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
