Responsibilities
• Develop marketing collateral for print and electronic media in support of Watchfire’s outdoor display sales channels, including sales material and product documentation, ensuring consistent branding and accurate product specifications
• Serve as a liaison with R&D and sales to assist with product development, documentation and launch, including voice of consumer feedback, market research and competitive intel
• Build programs to encourage customer loyalty among sign company partners, OOH operators and corporate program accounts.
• Serve as a liaison for material requests from internal stakeholders
• Produce high impact sales tools and training materials to support channel engagement and field sales teams
• Meet with subject matter experts to create content marketing, including case studies, blogs, media releases, advertisements, and social media materials, to enhance brand awareness and preference among target audiences
• Collaborate with peers, including leaders in sales development, demand generation, digital marketing, and event marketing to execute tactics in support of marketing plans
• Track campaign performance and report on KPIs monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Manage budget allocations to maximize impact across sales channels
• Participate in peer review and quality assurance processes and departmental documentation
• Determine and coordinate corporate programs marketing efforts in online and onsite events, including webinars, trade shows, seminars, and customer events
• Innovate through a solutions-driven mindset to propel Watchfire forward in core markets
• Other marketing duties as assigned
Skills

• Ability to work with multiple departments and cross-functional teams to develop processes
• Basic understanding of marketing principles
• Direct experience with CRM software tools
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a similar discipline is required
• 5+ experience in a corporate marketing or advertising agency setting
