Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our staff.
Position Overview:
Assist Branch Manager and Dept. Managers and staff with duties related to branch operations, policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist management and Account Managers with large quote opportunities
Research problems
Complete ad hoc assignments for the Branch and Sales staff as needed
Reconciliation of branch check book and petty cash
Train new sales assistants on ITS/ERP systems
Issue customer credits
Maintains equipment and asset records
Inventory data entry
Maintain customer contract files
Performs the role of HR Liaison
Coordinate interviews
Assist with On Boarding process for both Temporary and Regular employees
Branch administration for ADP Time and Attendance system which includes maintaining time off requests
Distribute HR related information to branch staff
Coordinate HR meetings with Branch Staff
Maintains OSHA records, state and federal posters, alert proper entity regarding discrepancies.
Serves as the backup for Systems Administrator verification, scanning, ordering office supplies
Other duties as assigned by Management
Non-essential Job Functions:
Phones, filing, Quick Base entries
Back up entries for In Plant Stores (IPS)
Job Requirements:
Detail oriented
Ability to effectively multi-task
Good communication skills
Able to compose grammatically correct correspondence
Proficient with Word and Excel
Good interpersonal skills
must maintain confidentiality with sensitive documents
High School diploma or equivalent
