We’re seeking a Desktop Technician to join our Charlotte, NC office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on solving problems, providing top-notch support, and ensuring employees have the tools they need to succeed. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting our workforce, working directly with team members across the organization to keep technology running seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for all desktop support issues (hardware, software, and connectivity).
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical problems in person, over the phone, or via remote access tools.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Assist with user account management, permissions, and access controls.
• Support company-wide rollouts of new systems and applications.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to improve systems, processes, and end-user training.
• Document issues and solutions to help build a knowledge base for the team.

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of IT desktop support experience (or equivalent education/training).
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common desktop applications.
• Familiarity with networking basics (IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills – you enjoy helping people succeed!
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a drive to learn and grow.
