Job Summary:

As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers by phone, educating them on vehicle protection plans, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to sell vehicle service contracts.

  • Educate potential customers on product offerings, features, and benefits.

  • Build rapport, handle objections, and close sales in a consultative manner.

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and sales goals.

  • Accurately enter customer information and maintain detailed call records in CRM systems.

  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Maintain professionalism and compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 6 months of call center, inside sales, or telemarketing experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.

  • Basic computer and data entry skills; CRM experience is a plus.
