Job Summary:
As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers by phone, educating them on vehicle protection plans, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to sell vehicle service contracts.
Educate potential customers on product offerings, features, and benefits.
Build rapport, handle objections, and close sales in a consultative manner.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and sales goals.
Accurately enter customer information and maintain detailed call records in CRM systems.
Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Maintain professionalism and compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 6 months of call center, inside sales, or telemarketing experience preferred.
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
Basic computer and data entry skills; CRM experience is a plus.
