- Rapidly architect, design, and develop point solutions, applications, and integrations using AI-native and modern “vibe-coding” techniques, such as Claude Code, Windsurf, Cursor, and others.
- Lead the hands-on design and implementation of solutions leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and embedding techniques to solve complex College challenges.
- Engage directly with faculty, researchers, and senior administrators to understand their needs and translate them into actionable AI strategies and technical solutions.
- Architect solutions that connect cloud services (AWS), enterprise platforms, and third-party applications (e.g., Workday, Canvas) using modern APIs and middleware.
- Take ownership of the technical success of AI projects, defining milestones and ensuring the on-schedule delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Support and maintain existing developed applications.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in software or AI engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Deep, hands-on expertise building and deploying LLM-powered applications.
- Expertise in leveraging Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf or other AI code accelerators to enhance your foundational expertise in software development.
- Expert-level understanding of scalable software architecture, CI/CD processes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Firebase).
- Demonstrated experience leading technical projects and mentoring other engineers.
