Under broad direction, executes human resources business technology projects. Provides related systems knowledge and advice to Company leadership. Sources oportunities to apply process and systems knowledge to problem resolution. Liaises with end users to identify user requirements. Designs, develops, and documents business practices and processes. Designs, develops, and documents user training methods and materials. Coordinates and/or conducts user training. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in human resources management, business administration, management information systems, or similar disciplines and 4-6 years of experience in human resources which includes experience in recruiting and technology project management. Completion of a graduate degree in human resource management or technology project management is preferred. Designation as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is preferred. Role specific knowledge and additional requirements for this job include: (1) previous experience managing global HR projects to include the implementation of technology solutions, (2) previous experience with the design, analysis, and improvement of Human Resources processes, (3) in-depth understanding of employee life cycle process with emphasis on the recruitment process to include workforce planning, sourcing, selecting, reporting, and administrative requirements, (4) working knowledge of SAP Human Resources module: navigation and reporting, (5) working knowledge of SAP organizational structure objects, relationships, and infotypes, and (6) previous experience with position control/vacancy management tools.
