Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (“Company”), a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap, Inc. (NYSE:MMI) is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager, Capital Markets, to manage and close commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. The primary responsibility of the Senior Transaction Manager is to oversee transactions from engagement through closing, acting as the Company’s liaison between clients and capital sources.
The anticipated hourly range for candidates who will work in San Diego, CA is $75,00- $95,000/year plus an annual bonus. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but not limited to the type of experience within the industry, education etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
