About Florida Lifts, LLC

We are a leading residential elevator installation and service company, committed to providing safe, high-quality, and reliable elevator solutions. We specialize in installing residential elevators, commercial ADA wheelchair lifts, dumbwaiters, and material lifts across Florida. Our growing team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Project Coordinator to help us deliver exceptional service and project execution.


Position Summary:

The Field Project Coordinator is a key role responsible for overseeing project readiness and site coordination. This person will act as the liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure that each project site is accurately assessed, properly documented, and ready for installation. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and experienced in field work and project documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at the job site.
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess and document job site conditions.
  • Measure and evaluate site readiness for elevator installation.
  • Identify and report any potential installation obstacles or required site changes.
  • Create and submit accurate, timely digital field reports with photos and measurements.
  • Coordinate closely with the scheduling team to align project timelines and resource needs.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technicians, sales staff, and project coordinators to resolve issues.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate concerns or delays when necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction, residential building, or elevator industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient with technology: mobile devices, digital forms, email, and documentation software.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.


Physical Requirements:

  • Comfortable visiting active construction sites and residential properties.
  • Able to walk, bend, measure, and take photos in variable conditions.
