Be the heart behind every smile—and the guide patients trust.
At Premier Periodontics, we’re known for creating outstanding experiences for both patients and team members alike. We’re searching for a Treatment Coordinator who’s passionate about helping patients understand their care options, confident in discussing treatment plans, and thrives in a team-driven, patient-first environment. You’ll be the bridge between clinical excellence and life-changing care—working side-by-side with a team that believes work should feel just as good as the smiles we create.
If you’re ready to bring your energy, empathy, and organizational superpowers to a place that values your growth and your voice, we’d love to meet you!
Pay: Depending on experience and skills
What You’ll Do:
You'll be the friendly face patients turn to when they have questions, the voice of clarity when it's time to talk treatment plans, and the energy behind the daily flow of a high-performing dental office. Patients will trust you—and so will your team.
- Educate patients on their treatment plan and clarify oral care needs
Because a well-informed patient is a confident (and loyal) patient. - Present treatment options, financial plans, and scheduling availability
You’ll make the complex simple—and the experience exceptional. - Achieve financial goals by gaining acceptance to treatment plans
Helping patients say “yes” to their health—and hitting goals while you’re at it. - Partner with the Dentist and clinical team to build a collaborative environment
Think teamwork with a purpose (and plenty of cheer-worthy moments). - Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, insurance verification, and patient calls
Because smooth operations = smooth smiles. - Deliver superior customer service to every patient, every time
Leave them smiling from the first hello to the final handshake.
What You Bring:
You’re the perfect mix of patient advocate, organizational wizard, and high-energy teammate. You love details almost as much as you love helping people—and you’re ready to grow with a team that’s just as invested in you.
- 2+ years of experience in a dental practice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment plan presentation
- Skilled with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Denticon, or similar)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Top-tier communication skills—with patients and with the team
- Solutions-focused mindset and dedication to stellar customer service
