Business Systems Analyst – IT Enterprise Business Platforms
📍 Location: Raliegh, NC | 💼 Department: IT Enterprise Platforms | 🕒 FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary
Millennium Print Group (MPG), a global leader in manufacturing, printing, and production solutions, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Enterprise Business Platforms team. In this role, you’ll drive workflow optimization, system implementation, and data governance across our enterprise platforms. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring ERP systems, FileMaker platforms, and data reporting solutions enhance efficiency, usability, and decision-making across our growing organization.
🔹 What You Will Do
Evaluate and improve business processes, ERP workflows, and enterprise systems
Lead the implementation and support of business platforms (e.g., FileMaker, ERP modules)
Partner with IT, Manufacturing, QA, HR, and leadership to gather requirements and deploy technology solutions
Develop business intelligence dashboards, SQL reports, and Power BI visualizations for real-time insights
Train users, maintain SOPs, and provide technical documentation
Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional IT strategy
🔹 What You Will Bring
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of business systems analysis experience (manufacturing/production industry preferred)
Skills & Abilities
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, UX design, Business Process Modeling, and data integration
Proficiency with FileMaker, SQL, and Microsoft Power BI
Strong skills in communication, documentation, and project management
Ability to design UI/UX mockups, workflows, and intuitive process flows
Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting development

Build ERP dashboards, reporting tools, and enterprise systems that drive efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align IT with business goals
Continuously optimize workflows, improve system usability, and enhance reporting
