Our Genstone Construction Management business is redefining the scattered site, single family home renovation industry by building an efficient, cost- effective solution that delivers hassle-free rehab results for institutional real estate investors so they can rebuild neighborhoods and cities one house at a time.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Genstone Construction, this position is responsible for supporting the aesthetic and functional execution of residential interior design and renovation projects. This position coordinates the selection, procurement, and inventory management of design materials that align with project goals and client specifications, ensuring they are accurately tracked, stored and delivered in accordance with project timelines and design requirements.
This position works closely with interior designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to translate design concepts into curated material selections that reflect current trends and client preferences. This role ensures consistency in style, quality, and availability of materials, while maintaining organized systems, managing vendor communications, and assisting in the creation of design presentations.
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s Degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in construction, renovation, interior design, or material procurement
- Familiarity with design aesthetics, color coordination, texture, and material quality
- Working knowledge of construction materials and finishes, including flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, and hardware
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Familiarity with local building codes, HOA guidelines, and compliance standards preferred
- Experience with design tools or software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva, mood board platforms)
- Solid skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is between $22.84-$24.10 per hour
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
