We are hiring a Quality and Training Advisor to provide direction and assistance to the Director in the areas of quality enhancement and improvement as well as training. This person will also provide consultation to case managers on Therapeutic Support Plans, Individual Service Agreements, and quality reviews

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate with the Director to review and enhance training for case managers
  • Develop and provide training to enhance quality of services, as needed
  • Review Therapeutic Support Plans and Individual Service Agreements for thoroughness and consistency, as needed
  • Provide guidance on training, procedures, and policy as needed, to increase quality.
  • Assist the Director in coordinating and supporting Benchmark’s Individual/Family Advisory Group.
  • Provide consultation on Therapeutic Support Plans, as needed
  • Be a member of Benchmark’s quality review team
  • Consult on critical incident reports for consistency and thoroughness

Qualifications:

  • Valid Vermont driver's license.
  • High School Diploma and 5 years' experience working in the intellectual/developmental disabilities or brain injury field
  • OR bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, special education, or similar field and 3 years' experience.
  • Knowledgeable about therapeutic support.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to quality and sound business practices.
