Handex is looking for a high-energy outside sales professional ready to sell and make a real impact with our Hydro-Excavation (Jet Vac) services across the Greater Orlando and Space Coast areas.
You’ll be selling our industrial services for non-destructive digging, cleaning, and maintenance solutions that use pressurized water and industrial vacuums to get the job done safely and efficiently. Our expert field team handles the heavy lifting, from removal to proper disposal of liquids, high solids, dirt, sand, soil, or sludge while using state-of-the-art vac trucks.

What you will be doing:
- You’ll report to the Sales & Operations Manager and be part of a supportive team focused on uncovering real sales opportunities across Greater Orlando and the Space Coast. Together, you’ll promote our Hydro-Excavation services and highlight what our state-of-the-art Jet Vac trucks can do.
- Proactively hunting down leads through cold calls, job site visits, and industry events to fuel a robust and unstoppable sales pipeline.
- Engaging with contractors, project managers, utilities, municipalities, and key decision-makers across industries to drive new business.
- Collaborating closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff and exceptional service delivery.
- Staying up to date on Jet Vac and Hydro-Excavation industry trends to spot opportunities, stay competitive, and bring fresh value to your clients.
- Staying organized and on point using CRM tools, tracking your activity, and reporting regularly on progress.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of winning experience in outside B2B sales, successfully selling equipment and/or services in environmental, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or utility industries.
- Knowledge of Hydro-Excavation, Vac Ops, or underground utility work is a plus, but not required.
- A driven team player with top-notch communication skills who builds trust and seals deals face-to-face.
- A relentless, can-do mindset—confident partnering internally and externally, owning your schedule, and consistently hitting targets!
- Clean driving record and fired up to hit the road across the region, making things happen.
