Hours: Full-Time | 2nd and 3rd shift available

What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, equipment, and facility systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly
- Respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity and repairs
- Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment
- Work closely with team members and leadership to identify and resolve issues
- Uphold all safety standards and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Formal training (apprenticeship, technical college, or continuing education)
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial maintenance role
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Dependability and ability to work independently on overnight shifts
