What You'll Do…
- The primary task of a MIS Analyst is to handle queries/tasks received from customers/stakeholders and/or assigned to them by their supervisors.
- He / She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then.
- To accept direction / responsibility and maintain performance levels as per the Key. Performance Indicators (KPI) assigned by the supervisors.
- To be open to take additional responsibilities of training colleagues.
- Consults with others on problems and activities; collects information from a range of sources to assist and guide job activities; asks effective questions to obtain information to help him/her perform their job.
- Takes accountability for delivering on commitments; owns mistakes and uses them as opportunities for learning and development; openly discusses his/her actions and their consequences both good and bad.
- Aggressively pursues challenging goals and objectives; will to put in considerable time and effort to accomplish objectives; takes a highly focused, goal driven approach toward work.
What You’ll Need…
- Minimum of 2 year of experience working as MIS Analyst.
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platforms.
- Experience in NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier), freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping processes is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Expertise in working with large-scale datasets, including data mining, analysis, and modelling.
- Strong written and verbal communication to produce clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Proficiency with Office 365, especially in tools like Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with other productivity and collaboration tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience in training, supervising, and motivating staff to ensure effective collaboration and retention.
