About the role
The Engagement Officer is responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of high-quality customer service and marketing of activities. Focussing on efficient and effective intake and engagement of prospective participants, the role will lead to measurable sustainable growth in the service. With a focus on building strong positive relationships and teamwork both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with all new incoming enquiries to conversion and onboarding, prepare data for reporting, establish community connections with key stakeholders.
- Attend sector meetings and events to promote our services.
- Compare the marketplace and suggest strategies to improve business visibility and growth.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Current C Class Drivers License
- Previous experience in this role or similar roles.
- It would be preferred but not essential for applicants to have a Certificate 4 or equivalent in marketing/promotions.
- Proven results in achieving financial growth
- Previous experience developing and applying innovative and flexible engagement/marketing methods
- Experience working with people from a diverse background
- Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them within a specific timeframe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to tailor communication to suit individual needs
- Self-driven with the ability to generate new contacts, whilst also working as part of a team
- Intermediate to high IT skills including Microsoft suite of products and other applications
What’s on offer
Permanent Full-Time
We are offering an attractive remuneration from $73,172 to $80,554 plus 12% superannuation.
