The agency serves clients across various industries and is focused on delivering high-performance marketing solutions that drive measurable results.
About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Virtual Assistant to lead outreach efforts, follow up with leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing. This is a remote position with potential for long-term growth, including commission-based earnings and involvement in future projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via email, phone, or social media
- Follow up with warm leads and nurture client relationships
- Schedule appointments and sales calls to close warm leads
- Maintain CRM records and track outreach efforts and conversions
- Assist in preparing proposals or follow-up materials
- Collaborate with the marketing and development team when needed
- Represent the agency professionally and enthusiastically in all communications
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in sales or business development (agency experience preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Familiarity with digital marketing services such as SEO, web development, and paid ads
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems, productivity tools, and outreach platforms
- Goal-driven with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through
- Experience with commission-based sales roles is a plus
