This includes leveraging strong product knowledge and adapting communication to HCP needs to secure recommendations & adoptions.Execute Strategic Medical Visits & Commercial Synergy: Implement an effective medical visit strategy, optimizing coverage and frequency across your territory. Ensure product availability and visibility within pharmacies/drugstores, working synergistically with commercial teams to drive sell-out and overall business performance.Optimize Territory Performance & ROI: Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and your own results to propose and execute action plans that maximize return on investment (ROI) and contribute to sustained commercial growth.Ensure Compliance & Reporting Excellence: Maintain the highest ethical standards in all interactions with HCPs, and diligently manage administrative tasks, including accurate and timely reporting via designated CRM/CLM platforms (e.g., Veeva).
