About the Role
We’re looking for a Systems Administrator I to provide hands-on support for the implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems across the organization. In this role, you'll support the execution of IT projects and provide frontline technical assistance, ensuring that our systems and equipment are secure, functional, and up to date.
You will also assist with merger and acquisition efforts, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and general technical support that directly impacts our team member and member experience.
What You’ll Do
Support IT projects including hardware and software rollouts, server upgrades, and network enhancements.
Assist with system troubleshooting, helpdesk ticket resolution, and technical escalations.
Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Provide technical support for telephony systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and support.
Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software licenses and ensure compliance.
Travel to branch locations to deploy or retrieve equipment as needed.
Support merger-related projects from a hardware and connectivity perspective.
Document system changes, technical procedures, and resolutions for internal reference.
What You’ll Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant IT support or system administration experience.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with desktop imaging and endpoint security tools
Understanding of basic networking, printers, scanners, and telephony hardware
Experience with Symantec Client Management Suite and Endpoint Protection is a plus

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Critical thinking and initiative in problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Collaborative mindset with willingness to assist team members and departments

Additional Details
Work Style: Hybrid eligible after training and onboarding
Physical Requirements: Must occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs and travel to Michigan-based locations
