Clinical Program Manager – Co Response
- Salary Range: $83,491 - $100,196 annually, based on relevant years of experience
- Location: Larimer county, Colorado at our Longview campus and partnering locations
- Status: Full time, 40 hours per week
- Hours: Primarily daytime and some nights or weekend may be required, and inclusion in on-call rotation

Role Overview:
Responsible for providing clinical and administrative oversight to designated programs to meet the behavioral health needs of our clients or consumers. Ensure that clinical programming is adhering to licensing guidelines, applicable rules, and regulations, and that treatment rendered is ethical and applicable to the needs of the population.

Essential Duties:
- Serves as primary oversight for clinical program staff, including case managers, behavioral health therapists, team leads, and supervisors, ensuring adherence to clinical quality and therapeutic best practice in the delivery of evidence-driven and integrated mental health and substance use care.
- Collaborates with the Operational leadership team, collaborates with operational leaders and departmental teams to collect and analyze data, prepare comprehensive reports, and support decision-making related to service evaluation, capacity planning, access to care, and program outcome measurements to ensure alignment with community needs.
- Provides Clinical and Administrative supervision to a combination of program supervisors, team leads, and/or assigned mental health and substance use disorder treatment staff focused on delivering the highest quality clinical behavioral health care including taking lead on providing and implementing clinical training and education.
- Contributes to the strategic planning process, including driving policy and procedure changes when necessary for program improvement. Which could also include overseeing the implementation of new clinical projects, service lines, and/or treatment sites.
- Perform direct client care for clients needing mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment.
- Manages a comprehensive team of co-responders, case managers, and peer specialists embedded in multiple municipalities, law enforcement, and emergency response partnerships across Larimer County.
- Facilitate cross-training between law enforcement and behavioral health disciplines to achieve collaboration and alignment.
- Recruits and builds an effective team while fostering engaged working relationships with multiple community partners.
Required:
- Masters (MA) Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field from accredited College or University required
- More than (5) five years of experience in the Mental Health Field, Substance Use Disorder Field or program of application required
- More than (3) three years of experience in a supervisory role (administrative or clinical) required
- Experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders required
License and Certifications:
- Current Colorado professional license in appropriate discipline (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) required
- CAS or LAC preferred
- Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record
- CPR and First Aid certifications may be required for certain locations
Highly Desired:
- Experience in program development and managing clinical projects preferred
- Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred
