Position Title: Ticket Sales Team Member
Reports To: Guest Services Manager
Employment Status: Winter Seasonal 25/26, Part-Time
Job Summary:
Ticket Sales Team Members are responsible for all daily lift access products on the mountain, including specials, deals, and promotions. The ideal candidate is fast-paced and has a positive attitude when fulfilling guests’ needs. This is a part-time position requiring availability on weekends and holidays.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process ticket sales in a fast-paced work environment
- Make suitable recommendations on Brundage products to meet guest needs
- Perform daily sales and be responsible for end of day closing report
- Ensure procedures and product policies are being followed, and alerting leadership and team of potential issues with recommendations on how to resolve them
- Complete ticket sale using Entabeni Point-of-Sale system
- Assist the Guest Services department in creating an optimal guest experience by sharing knowledge of mountain services, featured products, company activities and general information
- Enforce Brundage health/safety policies with guests and fellow employees
Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Brundage Mountain ski area and products
- Organized and detail oriented
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service work
- Ability to work on a computer with a high degree of accuracy and efficient speed
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- Must be able to work in high-alpine environment
