We are seeking an experienced Account Support/Planner to join our growing team. This position would be based on-site in our Roseville, MN location with some local travel between our Roseville, Vadnais Heights, New Hope, and Coon Rapids offices. Our Account Support Representatives are detail-oriented problem solvers who bring a positive attitude to work each day. They pride themselves on providing excellent customer service to our customers. Ideally, this person would have a manufacturing background and will use those skills and Lake Air’s processes to accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

Purpose
The Account Support/Planner is dedicated to managing all aspects of sales orders. This person will provide the communication link between Lake Air Products and our customers, as it relates to the order processing and follow-up on all orders and the shipments. This person will be instrumental in developing teamwork, as well as driving key performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Sales Order entry: Evaluate customer orders; create sales orders and jobs in our ERP system.
- Customer Communications: Promptly complete all customer acknowledgements, changes, revisions, or responses to requests.
- This position is responsible for the accuracy of all data entered.
- Work with production and scheduling to determine progress of work and to provide information to customers on changes in delivery schedules.
- Route customer issues to appropriate departments and expedite production to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints and address issues concerning team responsibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for order management with customer.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Preferred knowledge would include manufacturing processes and scheduling of jobs
- High computer skills with experience on Microsoft Office
- Must be a fast-paced self-motivator who promotes teamwork among co-workers.
- Must have the ability multi-task and to deal with dynamic problems and variables.
