Cleve Bar Back - Clevelander - South Beach

SUMMARY:  Stocks, cleans, and maintains bars and beer coolers according to established Clevelander standards

Duties:

• Sets up bars according to established Clevelander standards
• Maintains proper par levels of alcohol and other beverages throughout the shift by following the internal requisition procedure.
• Fills ice bins throughout the shift and restocks all glassware
• Assists bartenders in keeping interior and exterior bar areas clean and safe
• Assists Bartenders with drink preparation in periods of high volume in accordance with Responsible Vendors procedures
• Completes assigned side work duties (opening, closing, ongoing)
• Assists in the preparation of opening the property and closing down the bar and liquor areas
• Ensures all garnish stations are full with a cut to order fresh fruit
• Empties trash cans and bus pans throughout shift
• Maintains and ensures compliance of all policies, procedures, and Health Department regulations

 Qualification: 

• At least 21 years of age.
• 2 years of related experience 
• High School diploma preferred.
