Overview:
Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a ServiceNow Developer in Columbus, OH. It is a contract position with 6 months to start, with strong potential for extension. This position offers benefits! Due to federal regulations, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this position.
Responsibilities:- Develop, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules (ITSM, ITAM, Discovery, etc.).
- Handle day-to-day ServiceNow development and administration tasks.
- Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot issues and fulfill service requests.
- Work with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and system goals.
- Configure SLA definitions, service catalog items, and associated workflows.
- Maintain system documentation and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of various ServiceNow modules and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and Performance Analytics.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Enhance key ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, and Service Request Fulfillment.
- Build integrations with external systems using Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors, or third-party APIs.
- Design and deliver executive-facing dashboards using Performance Analytics.
- Develop an automated FedEx integration to retrieve and display shipment tracking information within ServiceNow.
