- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Performance will be measured by sales growth, customer feedback, and adherence to brand standards.
- Innovation and Process Improvement: Contribute to new concepts, programs, processes, and foodservice innovations while maintaining high standards in a high-volume store environment.
- Inventory and Sales Management: Effectively manage product orders, maintain inventory levels, and protect against loss and pilferage. Ensure compliance with Dash In Brand Standards at all times.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L to achieve or exceed expectations in category sales, margins, labor deployment, and variable expenses. Communicate effectively within the organization, contributing to effective decision-making.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed expectations in third-party audits and inspections, including ECO Sure Food Audits, ACL Guest Experience assessments, Age Verification Assessments, Internal Cash Audits, and Foodservice Compliance Audits.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced guest-focused hospitality environment (i.e., retail, food service, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience leading a high-performance convenience store location; internal experience in high-performance Dash In store management preferred.
- Serve Safe Certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Ideal candidates will also have experience with multi-unit management; exceptional performance in customer service, customer reviews, and mystery shops; and a proven track record of success in guest-focused hospitality, c-store, operations, food service, and/or retail environments.

- Travel as needed to headquarters, other stores, various retail markets, and training locations.
